Victoria qualified as a solicitor in 2008, having completed her training at Osbornes.
She originally graduated from the University of Leicester with first class honours in Law and French, before going on to gain a Masters of Laws with Merit at King’s College London. Victoria then went on to study the Legal Practice Course at De Montfort University where she achieved a Distinction and was awarded the Law Society Prize for Outstanding Performance on the LPC.
Victoria enjoys a varied personal
injury law practice, and acts for children and adults
injured in road
traffic accidents, trips
and slips and accidents
at work. Recent successes include winning over £13,000
for a bus passenger who sustained physical and psychiatric
injury when thrown from their seat by the driver’s negligent
driving, and £6,000 for an employee who cut their knee
in an accident at work.
Victoria speaks French and acts for clients of various nationalities. She is also a member of APIL.
