Lisa is an experienced family lawyer specialising in all aspects of family law including:
- Pre Nuptial and Post Nuptial agreements
- Financial settlements on divorce (including cases with complex elements such as international assets/court proceedings in other jurisdictions/family trusts)
- Disagreements over contact and living arrangements regarding children
- Unmarried couples who break up and disagree as to the ownership of property
- Separation Agreements
For some clients, court proceedings are the only way to protect them and achieve a fair result. For others, mediation is appropriate – and is a cheaper option. Lisa also operates one of the largest Collaborative Law practices in London.
Lisa is a committed member of Resolution, having been elected to its Board of Directors by other family law solicitors, and she sits on a number of Resolution Committees.
