Neelum graduated from the University of Bristol in 2003 with a 2.1 in law. She then went on to complete the LPC with distinction at the College of Law, London. She completed her training at Russell-Cooke LLP in September 2008 and joined Osbornes as a paralegal, qualifying as a solicitor in June 2009.
