Mark obtained a degree in Physics from Oxford University before completing his Graduate Diploma in Law at City University and Legal Practice Course at Cardiff University.
Mark completed his training contract at Withers and joined
Osbornes on qualification in 2008. He specialises in all areas
of family
law, with particular emphasis on the financial aspects
of divorce
and disputes between parents in relation to contact and residence
issues. His experience includes cases with an international
element, such as foreign assets and applications to remove
children to another jurisdiction. He also has experience advising
unmarried couples on cohabitation and the legal implications
of separation.
In his spare time Mark is a keen actor and enjoys training for and competing in triathlons.
