- Party Walls Awards
Party Wall Legislation
One common area of dispute is where landowners carry out works to walls or property adjoining another.
Whilst this work will be essential to the property or to extend the property, before commencement of any work a party wall award should be in place. Where an award has been made the law provides a mechanism for the resolution of any disputes that may arise.
Similarly if you or your neighbour has proceeded with works without a party wall award and a dispute has now arisen we can help in resolving this dispute.
