On 1 February 2012 Lisa Pepper and Andrew Watson of Osbornes joined the “great and the good” of the family law world to speak at the annual White Paper Conference in Knightsbridge. 

There was an impressive line-up of speakers and over 100 delegates from law firms in London and beyond.

Lisa Pepper and Andrew Watson gave a joint presentation on a recent change in the law concerning cases where a cohabiting couple disagree over ownership of their property.  The case has made it more likely that a person claiming a greater interest in the property than  when it was purchased would be successful.  Click here for further information on the case.
