- Health and safety demonstration ends in accident
A health and safety worker fell to the ground after showing a group of employees how to use a ladder properly at work.
The worker's demonstration got off to a bad start when he climbed up the ladder without his hard hat, those who were watching the demonstration then proceeded to throw it up to him.
The man who was tethered to the ladder, which was leaning against a house took his hands off the ladder several times before he slipped around the ladder, which crashed sideways over a fence and into a neighbouring garden - with the man still tied to him!
