After gaining valuable experience as a property lawyer in the City Jan joined Osbornes in 1990 and was able to develop her interest in Wills, Probate and Trusts work and now specialises exclusively in this area of law. After a degree in European Studies and Spanish, Emma worked in the field of probate genealogy for nine years. In 2008 she started her legal studies with the Institute of Legal Executives (ILEX). In June 2009, she joined Osbornes as a paralegal in the Wills & Probate department, whilst she continues her studies part-time.
Maria Elliot is an Associate Solicitor in the Property Department. Maria completed her Law degree and Masters in Law at the London School of Economics in 1997. She trained with a private west End practice and was admitted as a solicitor in September 2002.
