Associate, Maria Elliot, graduated from the London School of Economics in 1997 after completing an Honours Degree and Masters Degree in Law. She trained with a private West End practice and was admitted as a solicitor in September 2002. Maria specialises in residential property work within the Non-Contentious Property Team and also does some probate work. Her workload includes straight forward freehold transactions as well as leasehold and newly built developments. Maria also deals with probate sales, remortgages, property transfers and drafting of leases. She also acts for Piraeus Bank in connection with their secure lending.
As a member of the Law Society's Property Law Section and the Association of Women Solicitors, Maria is always up to speed with property law developments. In her leisure time, Maria enjoys playing competitive badminton and regularly attends her local gym.
