Justine Simms – Associate
Justine is an Associate Solicitor in the property department. After completing her training at Spearing Waite in Leicester, she joined a Cambridge firm to undertake agricultural property work before joining Osbornes in January 2004.
She specialises in commercial property work including sales and purchases, new leases, lease renewals and lease surrenders and residential property work, including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, transfer of equity, new builds, unregistered land, freehold management and shared ownership.
Alongside private residential property work she also acts for a large housing association.
Justine is a member of the Law Society’s Property Section, Young Solicitors Group and Association of Women Solicitors.
When not at work Justine
can be seen struggling around a golf course.
