Siobhan has worked in the Personal Injury Department since 1998, when she started as a paralegal, before qualifying in 2001, and deciding to specialise in personal injury law, which she has been practicing now for six years.

Recent successes include two cases which settled days before trial where a woman who slipped on a wet floor at work hurting her back recovered £150,000 damages, and one where a woman who sustained a neck injury in a RTA received £55,000 damages.

Siobhan has successfully settled a number of cases involving claimants sustaining injuries from asbestos exposure at work in the 1960s, and has a particular interest in this area of work, including  the exciting technicalites of reinstating companies struck of the register and issuing proceedings against companies in liquidation.

Siobhan is originally from Co Tyrone, in the North of Ireland, and her interests include supporting the great Tyrone Gaelic football team, All Ireland Champions 2003 and 2005.
