After graduating with a 2:1 degree in English
from Leeds University, Charlotte completed her training at
the College of Law in London and at Russell-Cooke in Putney,
where she gained experience in personal injury and clinical
negligence, qualifying in September 2005. Charlotte joined
Osbornes as a solicitor
in the Personal Injury department in October 2005.
Charlotte has a wide range of personal injury
experience with a caseload which includes road
traffic accidents, a variety of accidents
at work and cases against private occupiers and public
authorities. Charlotte is also a member of APIL.
Recent successes include winning almost £100,000 for a cyclist who was knocked over by a car and suffered a serious shoulder injury, and £45,000 for an employee who suffered permanent damage to his ankle after falling from a ladder.
Outside work, Charlotte enjoys most sports especially running and snowboarding.
