Safiye joined Osbornes in June 2004 and is a case worker in the Housing Department. Having completed the CPE and BVC she was called to the bar in October 2004.
Safiye specialises in defending possession proceedings and suspending warrants for eviction, and can also assists with unlawful evictions. Safiye can help with homelessness applications and has a special interest in entitlement for EU citizens. Welfare Benefits is an area on which she can also advise. Safiye has represented clients at appeals tribunals and at the Duty Scheme at Willesden County Court.
Safiye is fluent in Spanish, and can order ice cream in Turkish.
