Rachel joined Osbornes family department on qualifying as a solicitor in 2002. She has experience in dealing wide range of family disputes and in particular specialises in work relating to children and financial matters. Rachel is also a Collaborative lawyer.
Rachel has represented clients in complex residence disputes and in applications to remove children from the jurisdiction. She is also experienced in cohabitation disputes and ancillary relief proceedings where recent cases have involved a number of international aspects and high net worth.
Rachel has experience of representing clients on the breakdown of same-sex relationships and also deals with issues arising from the new Civil Partnership legislation. As part of her Collaborative Law practice Rachel is a member of Q'pod – www.queerpod.co.uk.
Rachel provides legal advice for a voluntary organisation and is a member of Resolution.
