Mark studied at Manchester University and the college of Law in York. He then took a 12 month career break to work for a children’s charity, before joining Osbornes as a Trainee Solicitor in 1994. Upon qualification in 1996, Mark joined the Family department and has remained there ever since, gaining promotion to partner in 2000. Mark has run a number of recent court of appeal cases and has been recognised as a leader in his field by Chambers & Partners’ legal directory.
Mark specialises in all areas of family
law, especially complex financial procedings and children’s
proceedings with an international flavour. He is a member
of the Law Society children’s panel and accredited by
Resolution as a specialist family lawyer.
Outside work, Mark is married with 3 sons who share his love of tennis and Leeds United.
