Julian is head of Family
Law department. He was recruited in 1997 from national
firm Shoosmiths, where he ran their Family team, and became
a partner here the following year.
Julian specialises in the financial
issues that arise when couples divorce
and has handled a considerable number of cases where assets
exceeded £10 million. He also deals with issues surrounding
children when disputes arise between parents. He has handled
high profile cases and was involved in a leading case concerning
the rights of third parties in financial disputes.
Julian is listed as an accredited specialist on the Law Society Family Law Panel and continues to be recommended by the respected legal guide The Legal 500.
