Anest undertakes a range of family work. Anest represents parents and family members in public law proceedings and private law proceedings including proceedings where there are issues about domestic violence, abduction and threatened abduction. In relation to ancillary relief, Anest has a particular niche in cases where one party is also subject to confiscation proceedings following a criminal conviction.
