Sandra is what makes it all happen. She joined Osbornes in 1997 as IT Manager and soon made herself indispensible. She was responsible for  introducing modern IT systems to the practice and is  now the firm’s Practice Manager, responsible for training, personnel and administration as well as IT. Prior to joining Osbornes Sandra was employed by the Benefits Agency where she worked on the IT implementation team responsible for the computerisation and training of the entire agency. She is a qualified trainer and an associate member of the The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
