Training at Osbornes
We have six trainees in total; three are recruited on an annual basis. Hands on training is arranged in four periods of six months, in the following departments: Family; Personal Injury; Property/Wills and Probate; Landlord and Tenant.
During your training you will work closely with a partner or senior solicitor. Trainees at Osbornes enjoy broader experiences, with more client contact and the challenge of early responsibility.
Minimum 3 B’s at A level
A 2.1 at degree level
Strong team player
Good organisational ability
Good communication skills
Clear understanding of client service
A sense of humour
