Property Litigation Law Team

Shilpa joined Osbornes in May 2002 and became a Partner in September 2008. She specialises in residential and commercial property litigation and undertakes work for housing associations and co-operatives. Shilpa heads up a successful housing department and is known by her team for running a tight ship.

William Ford joined Osbornes in October 2004 as a trainee after studying at Kings College London and the College of Law. William qualified as a solicitor in the Housing and Litigation team in October 2006.

After graduating in law from the University of Sheffield, Helen stayed on at Sheffield to complete the Legal Practice Course. After a summer traveling Europe on Interrail, Helen joined Osbornes as a trainee solicitor in October 2005. In October 2007 Helen qualified as a solicitor and joined the Housing and Civil Litigation department.
