Do I have a claim?
If you have been injured
and someone else was at fault you probably do. We run cases
on a No
Win No Fee basis and so if we take your case
on you can be assured that we think you will succeed. We rarely
lose.
We investigate and obtain the evidence we need to prove your case to the opponent’s insurers. If they admit liability we will look to settle at maximum compensation in minimum time. If they do not we will – with your agreement – pursue the case to court.
What will it cost?
If the case does not succeed you pay nothing. If you win you should recover all your costs from the opponent but in some cases you will be asked to make a small contribution towards the costs from your compensation at the end of the case. We will advise you fully about funding at the start of the case.
