Right to buy

A benefit of being a Council tenant is that you may have a right to purchase your property.  Given the pressure on council authority housing stock and the ever increasing value of property in London inevitably there is an increasing scrutiny of tenant’s applications by local authorities.  If you as a council tenant have had your application to buy your Council property rejected we, at Osborne’s Housing Department, can apply for an injunction to force the local authority to allow you to exercise your right to buy your home.
