Homelessness

If you are made homeless through no fault of your own and are considered to be vulnerable your local authority may have a duty to provide you with accommodation and may decide to accommodate you. We can give expert advice and assistance in the making of homelessness applications, requesting a review and interim accommodation. We also also assist in carrying out of appeals of negative review decisions to the Courts.
