Homelessness

If you are made homeless through no fault of your own and are considered to be vulnerable your local authority has a duty to provide you with accommodation. If they refuse assistance you can ask for a review of their decision and they can decide to accommodate you while they conduct this review. We can give general advice and assistance for homelessness applications and help you make submission requesting a review and interim accommodation. We also carry out appeals of negative review decisions to the County Court and Judicial Review of decisions not to accommodate pending review.
