After gaining valuable experience as a property lawyer in the City Jan joined Osbornes in 1990 and was able to develop her interest in Wills, Probate and Trusts work and now specialises exclusively in this area of law. She heads up a seven strong team at Osbornes and continues to develop her expertise in the private client field. A significant part of her work now comprises disputed probate cases.
Justine is an Associate Solicitor in the property department. After completing her training at Spearing Waite in Leicester, she joined a Cambridge firm to undertake agricultural property work before joining Osbornes in January 2004.
Associate, Maria Elliot, graduated from the London School of Economics in 1997 after completing an Honours Degree and Masters Degree in Law. She trained with a private West End practice and was admitted as a solicitor in September 2002. Maria specialises in residential property work within the Non-Contentious Property Team and also does some probate work.
Rose joined Osbornes in June 2007 as a Paralegal in the Property Department. She began her working life in an International bank in the City, obtaining a degree in Law through part-time study in the 1980’s while working as an in-house lawyer. In her spare time she enjoys designing and making patchwork quilts and the company of her two dogs.
Emily graduated in law from
the University of Durham in 2005. After completing the LPC
at the College of Law in London she joined Osbornes as a paralegal
in July 2006. In her spare time, Emily enjoys socialising,
walking and travelling.
